A Limited Edition Tangent Scale Models PS 40' Mini Hy-Cube Boxcar! Road Number Variant: SHIT 1984.
Among the most requested freelance model railroads we have been asked to produce is John Bezuyen's Suffern-Hoboken Interstate Transfer. While most freelance modelers tend to take all aspects of the hobby very seriously, the lesson we can learn from this railroad is that levity is an important element of our leisure time activities.
This freelance creation has been around for several decades. Custom painted rolling stock can often be found on John's Southern Tier Model Works Facebook page as well as on ebay. Some fetch a pretty high price!
This mini hy-cube is the very first factory painted car ever manufactured in the livery of this railroad. We worked very closely with John Bezuyen to accurately recreate the graphics from archived original artwork.
As with all Tangent Scale Models rolling stock, these cars are designed and manufactured to the highest standards. Included are metal wheels, moving bearing caps, metal crosswalks, and metal Kadee couplers.
