About the Canadian Atlantic Railway
The present Canadian Atlantic Railway, along with subsidiaries Canadian Atlantic & Maine, Dominion Atlantic and QMLX Rail Services, came to life in 2017 and the now familiar green and yellow paint scheme came along in 2020. It's HO history goes back to January 1994 when Canadian Pacific originally spun their lines east of Montreal off and the new CAR acquired the former Maine Central line from Calis to Bangor, Maine.
Presently, the Canadian Atlantic Railway operates in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Quebec and Maine.
